Product Description

This 2-inch flanged thermal expansion joint is built with multi-layer reinforced cord fabric and embedded steel wire rings, delivering stable pressure resistance, excellent flexibility and long service life under continuous pipeline operation. Available in EPDM, NBR and CR rubber compounds, our 2 inch pipe bellows perfectly adapt to water, hot water, air, oil and mild corrosive medium conveying.
Equipped with standard carbon steel or stainless steel flanged ends, these flanged type expansion bellows ensure fast installation, tight sealing and accurate pipe alignment. They effectively absorb thermal expansion and contraction, compensate installation deviation, isolate pump and pipeline vibration, reduce operating noise and prevent pipe stress damage. Widely used in HVAC, water supply, plumbing equipment and industrial piping systems, customized pressure grades and special reinforcement structures are supported.
